The Ajman Real Estate Index revealed that real estate transactions in the emirate recorded a record growth of 59% during last April compared to the same period of the year 2023, and 701 transactions were recorded, with a total value amounting to 1.23 Billion Dirhams.
Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said: The total volume of transactions during the month of April exceeded 728 Million Dirhams, with the “Al Rashidiya 3” neighborhood witnessing the highest sales value at 109.2 Million Dirhams.
121 mortgage transactions were recorded, amounting to 314 Million Dirhams, and the highest mortgage value was 155 Million Dirhams in the Al-Aamra area. “Al-Yasmeen” neighborhood came at the top of the list of the most popular neighborhoods, followed by “Al-Zahiya” and “Al-Helio 2.”
