1.5 Billion Dirhams, The Volume of Real Estate Transactions in Ajman During Last February

The volume of real estate transactions in Ajman during the month of February amounted to 1.5 Billion Dirhams. His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, said that the month of February recorded an increase of 66.8% in the volume of real estate transactions in the Emirate of Ajman compared to the same month in last year.

His Excellency explained that the fact that the real estate market in the emirate has maintained its rising pace is primarily due to the quality of the investment environment in the emirate and the diversity of types of properties that suit the needs of different categories of investors and are in line with their future aspirations, due to many main factors, the most important of which are competitive prices, integrated services, and advanced infrastructure, in addition to Economic diversification and ease of doing business.

Number of real estate transactions

Omar Al Muhairi pointed out that the number of real estate transactions during the month of February amounted to 1,443 real estate transactions, with a total of 1.5 Billion Dirhams, while the trading volume exceeded 963.8 Million Dirhams out of a total of 1,042 trading transactions, noting that the “Al Heliow 1” area witnessed the highest sales amounting to 43 million Dirhams.

Registered mortgages

The Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation explained that last February witnessed the registration of 320 mortgage transactions with a total value of 396 Million Dirhams, with the highest mortgage value recorded at 193.4 Million Dirhams in the “Al Hamidiya 1” area, and the “Al Zahia” neighborhood came at the top of the list of the most traded neighborhoods. Followed by “Al-Yasmine” and “Al-Helio 2”.

The most traded major projects

The City Towers project also topped the list of the most popular major projects, ahead of both the “Ajman One” and “Emirates City” projects.
