The total transactions in the Dubai real estate market, on Wednesday, recorded 2.65 Billion Dirhams, resulting from 926 procedures, according to data from the ”Dubai Rest Application” of the Land Department in the emirate.
Sales achieved about 1.6 Billion Dirhams, through 699 deals, with “Ras Al Khor First Industrial Area” topping the list of areas in terms of size, with a value of 248 Million Dirhams achieved through 123 deals, then “Meydan One” second with 132 Million Dirhams, resulting from 94 deals. It was followed by the third “Jumeirah Village Circle”, with 88 Million Dirhams through 69 sales.
According to Dubai Land Department data, the real estate market in Dubai recorded 650 residential sales worth 1.28 Billion Dirhams. Apartments accounted for the largest share at 1.07 Billion Dirhams (605 deals), while villas reached 205 Million Dirhams (45 deals), while land sales reached To 313 Million Dirhams through 46 deals.
In terms of the highest residential deals in terms of value, “Blue Waters” topped the list with 29 Million Dirhams, then “Wadi Al Safa” came second with 15.5 Million, followed by “Burj Khalifa” in third place with 16 Million.
Regarding the highest land deals, the “Dubai Sports City” area came first with 64.5 Million Dirhams, then “Buqdra” second with 25 Million, followed in third by “Al Safa II” with a value of 18.5 Million.
Mortgages and Gifts
With regard to mortgages, it recorded 962 Million Dirhams, resulting from 196 procedures, the highest of which was in the “Palm Jumeirah” area, with 752 Million Dirhams, resulting from 3 procedures, then “Jumeirah Village Circle” was second, with 37 Million, through 102 procedures, followed by “Wadi Al Safa 3.” with 28.4 Million through two mortgages.
Finally, donations reached 90 Million Dirhams, achieved through 31 procedures, the highest of which came in “Race Course Square Villas” with 42.5 Million Dirhams, resulting from one procedure, then “Al Muraqqabat” again with 20.5 Million, achieved through 13 transactions. Dubai Marina is third with 13 Million Dirhams through 5 procedures.
