Last June witnessed the registration of 1,299 real estate transactions in Ajman with a total value of 1.6 billion dirhams, and the total value of trades was estimated at 1.1 billion dirhams through 1,067 trades.
Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, explained that the real estate market in Ajman continued its strong performance and maintained its upward figures and positive results, achieving a growth of 33% compared to the same period in 2023, according to the figures and statistics shown by the Ajman Real Estate Index, noting that the Al Zorah area witnessed the highest sales value of 136.5 million dirhams.
He pointed out that last June also witnessed 167 mortgage transactions with a total value of 244.5 million dirhams, explaining that the highest mortgage value was recorded at 11 million dirhams in the “Al Nuaimiya 1” area.
