On Tuesday, real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department amounted to 1.94 Billion Dirhams, completed through 767 transactions. The department witnessed the recording of 586 sales worth 1.58 Billion Dirhams, including 69 sales of land, 474 sales of housing units, and 43 sales of buildings.
The most important sales came from the sale of a plot of land in the Al-Habiyah Fourth area for a value of 57 Million Dirhams. The market also witnessed the sale of a hotel apartment in the Burj Khalifa area for a value of 39 Million Dirhams.
The mortgages recorded a value of 327 Million Dirhams, carried out through 155 transactions, including 38 mortgages for land, 91 mortgages for residential units, and 26 mortgages for buildings, the most important of which was a mortgage deal for a commercial plot of land in the Palm Jumeirah area worth 45 Million Dirhams. The market also witnessed the recording of 26 donations worth 28 Million Dirhams.
