10 Billion Dirhams of Dubai Real Estate in Two Days

Real estate transactions in Dubai continue to record outstanding figures in sales, mortgages and real estate donations after exceeding in less than 48 hours the 10 billion dirhams resulting from 1976 deals.

According to the website of the Dubai Land Department, real estate mortgages on Monday and Tuesday amounted to 5.3 billion dirhams, resulting from 319 transactions. While sales reached 5 billion, resulting in 1,657 deals. It is worth mentioning that the real estate transactions on Tuesday amounted to more than 5.4 billion dirhams, resulting from 903 transactions.

According to the Department of Land and Property, mortgages topped the real estate disposals on Tuesday, after exceeding 2.8 billion dirhams for 114 deals, most notably in the “Sustainable City Area” worth 8 million for two villas, and in the “Maple 2” area, two Villan mortgaged with 7.3 million, and the value of another housing unit in the “Palazzo Versace” area was 6.7 million.
Real estate sales reached 2.4 billion dirhams for 707 transactions, the top of which was recorded by 275 million, for one plot of land, in the “Mohammed Aqeel Ali and Ahmed Ali Al-Zarouni area”, and in the “Expo City Valley area” land and a villa worth 51 million were sold, and 20 housing units were sold for 51.8 million, in the “Siya area”.

Donations amounted to 211 million dirhams, for 82 transactions, the highest of which was worth 42 million, resulting from 45 units in The Square area and in the DAMAC Lagoons Venice 1 area for a land worth 25 million. While in the Nobles area, 14 million dirhams for 6 housing units.
