Emirates Properties announced the sale of 100% of the apartments in the “Garden Residence” residential project in Emirates City, which costs AED 130 million and was offered for sale for freehold residential units.
The implementation of the new residential tower is part of the real estate development projects implemented by the company to support the real estate market with distinctive residential towers that meet the desires of investors to own distinctive residential apartments. Work is underway to complete the project at full speed and the tower is located in a distinguished location along Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road in Ajman.
Emirates Properties confirmed that the project’s location is distinguished in Emirates City in the Emirate of Ajman and consists of 15 floors that include 300 residential units. Work on the project is also progressing at a rapid pace, explaining that the residential tower includes residential apartments consisting of one room and a hall and two rooms and a hall, noting that the cost of the project amounts to AED 130 million.
She stated that the work is proceeding according to the project completion schedule, noting that 95% of the total apartments in the residential tower have been sold. She explained that there is a flexible sales and payment plan for investors by paying 10% as a down payment and 7 years with a flexible payment plan.
