Residential real estate prices in Dubai recorded an annual increase of 11.25% and a quarterly increase of 3.25% during the third quarter of this year 2024, bringing the residential real estate price index to 150.66 points on the “Dubai Real Estate Index”.
Commercial real estate prices in the emirate also rose by 8.56% on an annual scale and 1.12% on a quarterly basis, bringing the Dubai commercial real estate index to 162.2 points.
According to recent data issued by (Dubai Data) – “Dubai Statistics Center”, the Dubai residential real estate index exceeded the 150.6 points barrier in the third quarter of 2024, reaching 192.58 points for “villas”, while 135.92 points for residential apartments
Thus, the emirate’s residential properties witnessed an annual increase of 11.25% compared to the same period in 2023. Villa prices increased by 21.94%, and apartments by 6.6%. Likewise, on a quarterly basis, they increased by 3.25% compared to the previous second quarter of 2024, and villa prices increased by 6.29%, and apartments by 1.81%
