Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition “ACRES” 2025, organized by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry in cooperation with the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, kicked off on Wednesday at the Sharjah Expo Center for four days until January 25, with the largest participation since its launch with more than 110 exhibitors from major real estate development and investment companies and the most important real estate developers from all the emirates of the country and the region, an increase of 20% compared to last year’s edition.
Sustainable and Smart Real Estate
This year’s edition of the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition features a variety of real estate projects, from luxury units and modern villas to innovative commercial and industrial projects, and strategically located investment lands, in addition to announcing the launch of a group of qualitative real estate projects for the first time inside and outside the UAE, and revealing a number of future projects that include innovative solutions in design and construction, as well as new trends in sustainable and smart real estate, reflecting the great development witnessed by the real estate sector.
Innovative Projects
With these real estate projects being showcased for the first time during the exhibition, Sharjah stands out with a group of projects that combine innovation in design with a luxurious and sustainable lifestyle, most notably the “Hamsa Walk Project” which includes 420 residential units, and the “Al Tai Hills” project, which has a total cost of AED 3.5 billion and extends over an area of more than 6 million square feet and includes the construction of 1,100 villas and townhouses with various designs and spaces that meet the different needs of customers, in addition to a group of advanced industrial and commercial projects and luxury residential units that will be announced by the real estate companies participating in the event.

Sheikh Majid bin Faisal Al Qasimi, First Vice President of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, stressed that organizing the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition “ACRES” in its new session, and the wide participation witnessed this year, which is the largest of its kind since its launch, represents a true embodiment of the sustainable growth witnessed by the real estate sector in Sharjah, thanks to the visions and directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, and the follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and the government’s continuous efforts to provide all forms of support and assistance to the real estate sector in the Emirate of Sharjah, which is recording continuous growth.
Sheikh Majid bin Faisal Al Qasimi pointed out the role of the exhibition in shedding light on the real estate reality in the Emirate of Sharjah through a diverse and comprehensive group of growing real estate investment opportunities, by providing investors, visitors and those interested in real estate investment with the opportunity to meet with business owners, decision-makers and leading real estate companies, in addition to opening up new partnership opportunities and facilitating deals, stressing that the Sharjah Chamber supports all efforts aimed at developing the real estate sector and ensuring its sustainable growth, which positively reflects on the emirate’s economic system.

Abdul Aziz Ahmed Al Shamsi, Director General of the Real Estate Registration Department in the Emirate of Sharjah, said: “This year’s Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition “Acres 2025” confirms its position as a distinguished platform that brings together the elite companies operating in the real estate sector and real estate developers, providing them with an ideal opportunity to market their new projects and showcase the latest real estate innovations to a wide audience of investors and visitors. Saeed Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Real Estate Sector Working Group at the Chamber and Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Exhibition, pointed out that the development of the Acres Real Estate Exhibition year after year reflects the status of the event and its growing importance, as the exhibition witnesses the highest participation since its launch, in addition to a remarkable turnout from new companies to participate, which confirms the high reputation enjoyed by the exhibition in global real estate circles, pointing out that the commercial and residential real estate projects currently on display at the exhibition are characterized by innovative and qualitative specifications revealed for the first time in the country and the region by some companies that chose the exhibition as a platform for their new projects, stressing that one of the most important benefits of the exhibition is its ability to provide profitable investment opportunities in the real estate sector, and provide a distinguished platform for all those concerned with this sector to view the best practices in real estate investment, and learn about the future of the real estate market in the country and the region.
