Last week, real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department recorded 13.6 Billion Dirhams, through 4,431 transactions, including 3,598 sales worth 9.46 Billion Dirhams, 675 real estate mortgage deals worth 3.5 Billion Dirhams, and 158 donations transactions worth 667.5 Million Dirhams.
The weekly sales transactions were distributed as follows: 354 sales of land, 3049 sales of housing units, and 195 sales of buildings, while the mortgage deals were distributed as follows: 175 mortgages of lands, 680 mortgages of housing units, and 122 mortgages of buildings. Ras Al Khor First Industrial Zone came in first in terms of sales value with 735 Million Dirhams through 362 deals.
The Palm Deira area came second with 79 deals worth 729 Million Dirhams, third was the Burj Khalifa area with 588 deals worth 101 Million Dirhams, fourth was the Business Bay area with 251 deals worth 564 Million Dirhams, and fifth was the Dubai Maritime City area with 193 deals worth 467 Million Dirhams.
