15.07 Billion Dirhams in Dubai Real Estate Transactions in a Week

Real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department last week amounted to 15.07 Billion Dirhams, resulting from 4,596 transactions.

The department witnessed the registration of more than 3,698 sales transactions worth 9.76 Billion Dirhams, 716 real estate mortgage transactions worth 4.4 Billion Dirhams, and 182 gift transactions worth 914 Million Dirhams. The weekly sales deals were divided into 329 land sales, 3156 housing units, and 213 building sales, while mortgage deals were divided into 179 land mortgages, 422 housing unit mortgages, and 115 building mortgages.

The Palm Deira area came in the lead in terms of sales value with 575 Million Dirhams resulting from 63 deals, and Ras Al Khor First Industrial Area came second with 263 deals worth 509 Million Dirhams, third was the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area with 216 deals worth 507 million, and fourth was the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area with 216 deals worth 507 million, and fourth was the Jumeirah Village Circle, through 502 deals, worth 490 Million Dirhams, and fifth, Al Jaddaf area, through 28 deals, worth 440 Million Dirhams.

Last April, the real estate sector in Dubai achieved its highest monthly performance ever, after recording sales worth 31.73 Billion Dirhams, recording a growth of 20.6%, compared to sales of 26.3 Billion Dirhams in April 2023.
