Real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department yesterday recorded more than 2.11 billion dirhams through 645 deals.
The department witnessed the registration of 455 sales worth 1.44 billion dirhams, including 45 sales of lands, 376 sales of residential units and 34 sales of buildings.
Motor City topped the sales areas in terms of value with AED 230 million through 8 deals, followed by Dubai Creek Harbour with AED 99 million resulting from 34 deals, third was Dubai Production City with AED 72 million through 5 deals, and fourth was Business Bay with 37 deals worth AED 66 million.
The real estate market witnessed the sale of a commercial plot of land in Motor City for AED 219 million, while a villa in Palm Jumeirah was sold within the “ZABEEL SARAY” project for AED 45 million. Mortgages recorded AED 621 million through 216 transactions, including 53 land mortgages, 87 residential mortgages, and 26 building mortgages. The market also witnessed the registration of 24 donations worth AED 49 million.
