Yesterday, real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department recorded more than 2.12 Billion Dirhams through 868 transactions.
The department witnessed the registration of 706 sales worth 1.78 Billion Dirhams, including 60 sales of land, 616 sales of residential units, and 30 sales of buildings. The first Ras Al Khor Industrial Zone topped sales in terms of value with 156 Million Dirhams through 78 deals, and the Dubai Marina area came second with a value of 99 Million Dirhams resulting from 43 deals, and third was the Business Bay area with 95 Million Dirhams through 50 deals. Mortgages recorded a value of 255 Million Dirhams, carried out through 138 transactions, including 27 mortgages for land, 90 mortgages for residential units, and 21 mortgages for buildings. The market also witnessed the recording of 24 donations worth 94.7 Million Dirhams.
