Statistics included in the real estate report issued by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman revealed the completion of 142 real estate valuation transactions last August, worth AED 2.25 billion, with a record increase of more than 266% compared to July.
Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, confirmed that the valuation operations included commercial, residential, industrial and agricultural properties, with commercial properties receiving the largest share of the total valuation value of AED 1.97 billion, ahead of industrial properties, whose total value amounted to AED 158 million, while residential properties came in third with AED 119 million.
The report included personal valuation transactions, valuations for courts and institutions, as well as valuations for long-term golden residencies for investors, which numbered 118 transactions and exceeded AED 407 million in value, an increase of 8.8% compared to July.
