Yesterday, real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department amounted to 2.37 Billion Dirhams, completed through 793 transactions.
The department witnessed the registration of 638 sales worth 1.89 Billion Dirhams, including 76 sales of land, 526 sales of residential units, and 36 sales of buildings. The Palm Deira area topped sales in terms of value with 388 Million Dirhams through 38 deals, and the Jumeirah Village Circle area came second with a value of 133 Million Dirhams, resulting from 135 deals, and third was the Al Wasl area with 98 Million Dirhams, through 30 deals.
The mortgages recorded a value of 396 Million Dirhams, which were carried out through 114 transactions, including 24 mortgages for land, 74 mortgages for residential units, and 16 mortgages for buildings. The market also witnessed the recording of 41 donations worth 91 Million Dirhams.
