Yesterday, real estate transactions in Dubai recorded 2.38 billion dirhams through 788 deals. 575 sales worth 2.01 billion dirhams were recorded, including 119 sales of land, 424 sales of residential units, and 32 sales of buildings.
Wadi Al Safa 3 topped the regions in terms of value with 303 million dirhams through 12 deals, and second came Wadi Al Safa 5 with a value of 171 million dirhams through 34 deals, and third was the Palm Jumeirah area with 133 million dirhams through 9 deals, and fourth was the Al Habiyah City 4 area with 9 deals worth 93 million dirhams.
A deal was recorded to sell a plot of land allocated for a school in the Mankhool area for a value of 77 million dirhams, and the sale of an off-plan apartment in the Palm Jumeirah area, within the “Orla Infinity by Omniyat” project, for a value of 74 million dirhams, and another off-plan apartment was sold in the same area within “Armani Beach Residences At Palm Jumeirah” valued at 34 million dirhams. It recorded an amount of 294 million dirhams through 186 transactions, including 23 mortgages for land, 147 mortgages for residential units, and 16 mortgages for buildings, and 27 donations worth 81 million dirhams were recorded.
