Yesterday, real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department recorded more than 2.42 billion dirhams, completed through 759 transactions.
The department witnessed the recording of 556 sales worth 1.41 billion dirhams, including 46 sales of land, 373 sales of housing units, and 137 sales of buildings. The Al Yafra 1 area topped sales in terms of value with 235 million dirhams through 99 deals, and the Business Bay area came second with a value of 104 million dirhams resulting from 44 deals, and third was the Al Mamzar area with 85 million dirhams through one deal.
Mortgages recorded a value of 753 million dirhams, carried out through 144 transactions, including 49 mortgages for land, 76 mortgages for residential units, and 20 mortgages for buildings. The market also witnessed the recording of 59 donations worth 262 million dirhams.
