Real estate transactions in Dubai on Wednesday recorded AED 2.53 billion, resulting from 830 transactions, according to the Dubai Land Department website. The department explained that it completed 681 sales transactions, including residential buildings, real estate and land worth AED 1.97 billion.
According to the department, the highest real estate sales were worth AED 485 million, and in the “Damac Sun City” area, 27 plots of land were sold for AED 86.4 million, and in the “Nineteen Lakes Riviera” area, two villas were sold for AED 60.9 million.
Real estate mortgages recorded 116 transactions, worth AED 309 million, the highest of which was AED 165.2 million, and in the “Sidra 2” area, land was mortgaged for AED 10.2 million, and in the “Maple 111” area, two villas were sold for AED 8.3 million. Donations amounted to AED 252 million, resulting from 33 transactions, the highest of which was AED 157.9 million. In the “Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum City District One Face 2 Villas” area, transactions were worth AED 31.5 million, and donations worth AED 15.2 million in the “Nad Al Sheba Gardens Phase 6” area.
