Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department yesterday recorded AED 2.5 billion through 1,001 transactions.
The department witnessed the registration of 803 sales worth AED 2.03 billion, including 67 land sales, 663 residential unit sales and 73 building sales. Al Khairan 1 topped the sales areas in terms of value with AED 156 million through 38 transactions, followed by Dubai Marina with AED 137 million through 54 transactions, then Al Yefra 1 with AED 135 million through 44 transactions.
Fourth was Wadi Al Safa 4 through 12 transactions worth AED 96 million. Mortgages recorded AED 359 million through 180 transactions, including 64 land mortgages, 87 residential unit mortgages and 29 building mortgages. The market also witnessed the registration of 18 donations worth AED 112 million.
