The total value of Dubai real estate transactions on Monday reached AED 3.36 billion, resulting from 1,078 transactions, according to data from the Department of Lands and Properties website. Sales amounted to AED 2.62 billion through 85 transactions, including 693 residential units, 78 buildings/villas, and 79 plots of land.
Mortgages reached AED 536 million through 186 transactions, including 197 residential apartments, 24 buildings/villas, and 35 plots of land. Donations achieved AED 200 million, resulting from 42 procedures, including 36 residential apartments and 6 plots of land.
