The total value of sales amounted to 2.13 billion dirhams, resulting from 747 transactions, with Burj Khalifa coming in first place with a value of 252 million dirhams, through 16 transactions, followed by Airport City second with about 107 million dirhams, resulting from 52 transactions, then Palm Jumeirah third with 101 million dirhams through one transaction.
Mortgages achieved 296 million dirhams, through 139 transactions, the highest of which was in Al Satwa with 36 million dirhams, through one procedure, then Burj Khalifa second with about 21 million dirhams, through 6 procedures, followed by Palm Jumeirah third with 16 million dirhams resulting from 5 procedures.
As for donations, they reached about 216 million dirhams, through 26 transactions, the highest of which was in Motor City, with a value of 131 million dirhams, resulting from one transaction, then Palm Jumeirah, with 38 million dirhams, through 3 transactions, followed in third place by Business Bay, with 4 million dirhams resulting from 10 transactions.
