On Wednesday, real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department recorded more than 2.65 Billion Dirhams, through 829 transactions.
699 sales worth 1.6 Billion Dirhams were recorded, including 49 sales of land, 605 sales of residential units, and 45 sales of buildings. The first Ras Al Khor Industrial Area topped sales in terms of value, with a total of 247 Million Dirhams, through 123 deals, and came second to the Meydan area, with a value of 123 Million Dirhams, resulting from 94 deals, and third to the Jumeirah Village Circle area, with 87.9 Million Dirhams, through 69 deals. The mortgages recorded a value of 961.8 Million Dirhams through 99 transactions, including 27 mortgages for lands, 154 mortgages for residential units, 15 mortgages for buildings, and 31 gifts were recorded, amounting to 90 Million Dirhams.
