Yesterday, real estate transactions in Dubai recorded more than 2.66 Billion Dirhams through 761 deals. 608 sales worth 1.88 Billion Dirhams were recorded, including 93 sales of land, 484 sales of residential units, and 31 sales of buildings.
The most important sales in Dubai came to a deal to sell a commercial plot of land in the Tecom area for 75 million dirhams. Mortgages amounted to 607 Million Dirhams, carried out through 126 transactions, including 39 mortgages for land, 71 mortgages for residential units, and 16 mortgages for buildings. As for donations, 27 donations were recorded, worth 173 Million Dirhams.
