Real estate transactions in Dubai yesterday recorded AED 2.76 billion through 938 transactions. 797 sales were recorded at a value of AED 2.19 billion, including 66 land sales, 647 residential unit sales and 85 building sales.
Al Wasl topped the sales areas in terms of value with AED 182 million through 50 transactions, followed by Business Bay with AED 178 million through 24 transactions, then Al Yefra 1 with AED 169 million through 54 transactions, and fourthly Al Khairan 1 with 51 transactions worth AED 158 million.
The real estate market in Dubai recorded the sale of a luxury residential apartment in the Business Bay area within the “Dorchester Collection Dubai” project at a value of AED 139 million, and the sale of a ready villa in Mohammed bin Rashid City District One at a value of AED 45 million. Mortgages recorded AED 325 million through 124 transactions, including 36 mortgages for lands, 71 mortgages for residential units, and 17 mortgages for buildings. 17 donations were recorded at a value of AED 248 million.
