Real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department yesterday amounted to AED 2.84 billion, through 908 deals.
The department witnessed the registration of 634 sales worth AED 2.32 billion, including 75 land sales, 522 residential unit sales, and 37 building sales. Dubai Marina topped the sales areas in terms of value with AED 303 million through 27 transactions, followed by Al Manara area with a value of AED 252 million resulting from two transactions, third was Me’aisem 2 area with AED 181 million through 17 transactions, and fourth was Business Bay area with 48 transactions worth AED 106 million.
The Dubai real estate market witnessed the sale of a plot of land in the Dubai Marina area for AED 240 million, and a residential apartment under construction in the Dubai Water Canal area within the “ONE CANAL” project was sold for AED 33 million. x Mortgages recorded a value of AED 334 million through 240 transactions, including 47 land mortgages, 175 residential unit mortgages, and 18 building mortgages.
