Yesterday, real estate transactions in Dubai recorded more than 2.87 billion dirhams through 703 deals.
521 sales worth 2.12 billion dirhams were recorded, including 96 sales of land, 367 sales of residential units, and 58 sales of buildings. Palm Jumeirah topped the areas in sales in terms of value with 587 million dirhams through 27 deals, followed by the Burj Khalifa area with a value of 202 million dirhams through 22 deals, thirdly Palm Deira with 139 million dirhams through one deal, then Wadi Al Safa 5 through 8 deals worth 78 million dirhams. The market witnessed the sale of a commercial plot of land in the Palm Deira area for a value of 139 million dirhams.
An off-plan apartment in the Burj Khalifa area was also sold for 42 million dirhams. Mortgages amounting to 624 million dirhams were recorded through 158 transactions, including 26 mortgages for land, 112 mortgages for residential units and 23 mortgages for buildings. 55 donations worth 135 million dirhams were also recorded.
