25 New Projects Have Entered the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Market Since the Beginning of 2024

25 new projects have entered the real estate sector in Abu Dhabi since the beginning of this year, aiming to create 2,300 new residential units, in addition to offering about 12.8 million square meters for residential, commercial and service real estate investment, according to data from developers in the emirate.

The data showed that construction rates varied between 10 and 50 percent between the preliminary and actual construction stages. According to the distribution of project types, the registered residential projects included 13 projects that varied between residential towers, villas, and townhouse units, the largest of which was “Bloom Living Granada 1” in Madinat Zayed, which provides 483 residential units.

According to the geographical distribution of the new projects, Saadiyat Island included the largest share of them through 3 projects that included 667 new units, the largest of which was “Nouran Living”, which provides 372 units, and the “Manara Living 2” project, which provides 232 units, in addition to the most recent registered projects, which is “The Source”. Terraces, which provides 63 new units.

As for Yas Island, it includes 3 projects to create 424 units, namely the “Sama Yas” project with 235 units, and the “The Bay Residence” project, which provides 139 new units of different sizes, in addition to the most recent project, which is the “Vista Del Mar” tower, which provides 50 new units. .

Al Reem Island witnessed the registration of two new projects with a total of 233, the most recent of which is the “Elie Saab” residential tower, which includes 179 units, in addition to the “Reem Eight” project, which provides 54 new units.

The list also included two projects in Khalifa City to provide 231 new units through the “Plaza 2” project, which provides 120 units, and the “Ville 11” project, which provides 111 units.

Among the most recent projects on the list was the Al Jurf Gardens project in the Al Jurf area between the emirates of Abu Dhabi and Dubai, which includes the construction of 174 units, in addition to the sixth phase of the “Bawabat Al Sharq” project in the Baniyas area to provide 91 new real estate units.

The list of projects also includes 12 projects to sell investment lands to establish various residential, commercial and service projects, the largest share of which was concentrated in the city of Al Ain, which alone witnessed the registration of 10 projects providing approximately 11.3 million square meters of space allocated for residential and commercial construction, and service projects included “Park Vista” and “Park Vista” Sun Valley, Arabian Hills, Arabian Estate, Nakheel Oasis, Dunes Heights, Ranches, Royal Palms, Golden Meadows, and Ghazal Park, while Jubail Island included two additional projects. To provide 1.5 million square meters through both the “Bidaa Al-Jubail 1” and “Bidaa Al-Jubail 2” projects.
