Real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department yesterday amounted to 3.12 Billion Dirhams, completed through 946 transactions. The department witnessed the recording of 761 sales worth 2.1 Billion Dirhams, including 53 sales of land, 664 sales of housing units, and 44 sales of buildings.
The Burj Khalifa area topped sales in terms of value with 324 Million Dirhams through 31 deals, and Ras Al Khor First Industrial District came second with a value of 291 Million Dirhams resulting from 141 deals, and third was the Zabeel 1 District with 133 Million Dirhams through 36 deals.
Mortgages recorded a value of 765 Million Dirhams, carried out through 133 transactions, including 45 mortgages for land, 66 mortgages for residential units, and 22 mortgages for buildings. The market also witnessed the recording of 52 donations worth 264.8 Million Dirhams.
