Real estate transactions in Dubai on Monday recorded about 3.22 billion dirhams, resulting from 1057 transactions, according to data from Dubai Rest.
The total value of sales amounted to 2.87 billion dirhams, resulting from 931 transactions. The Burj Khalifa area came in first place with a value of 485.91 million dirhams through 15 transactions, followed by Business Bay in second place with about 347.12 million dirhams resulting from 36 transactions, then Dubai Science Park in third place with 213.76 million dirhams through 11 transactions.
Mortgages achieved 285.94 million dirhams through 172 transactions, the highest of which was in Emirates Hills with 66.69 million dirhams through 9 procedures, then Palm Jumeirah in second place with about 24 million dirhams through 6 procedures, followed by Jumeirah Village Circle in third place with 23.66 million dirhams resulting from 20.94 procedures.
Donations reached about AED 66.24 million through 27 transactions. The highest was in the Burj Khalifa area, with a value of AED 28 million resulting from one transaction, followed by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens in second place with AED 19.50 million through one transaction, followed in third place by Dubai Marina with AED 5.12 million resulting from 4 transactions.
