Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department yesterday amounted to 3.31 billion dirhams, completed through 860 deals.
The department witnessed the registration of 705 sales worth AED 2.78 billion, including 97 land sales, 496 residential unit sales, and 112 building sales. Al Yufrah 1 area topped sales in terms of value with AED 698 million through 33 transactions, followed by the Palm Deira area with a value of AED 383 million resulting from 44 transactions, and third was the Dubai Hills area with AED 190 million through 48 transactions.
Dubai’s real estate market witnessed the sale of a residential plot of land in Al Yufrah 1 for AED 610 million, while another plot of land in Dubai Hills was sold for AED 75 million. Mortgages recorded a value of AED 326 million through 132 transactions, including 28 land mortgages, 107 residential mortgages, and 17 building mortgages.
