The momentum of transactions in the real estate market in Dubai continues, and real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department recorded more than 3.33 Billion Dirhams yesterday through 1,417 transactions.
The department witnessed the registration of 1,234 sales of sale worth 2.77 Billion Dirhams, including 56 sales of land, 1,139 sales of residential units, and 39 sales of buildings.
The Meydan One area topped sales in terms of value with a total of 384 Million Dirhams through 387 deals, and second came the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area with a value of 357 Million Dirhams resulting from 123 deals, and third was the Palm Jumeirah area with 149 Million Dirhams through 4 deals.
Mortgages recorded a value of 253 Million Dirhams, carried out through 143 transactions, including 34 mortgages for land, 85 mortgages for residential units, and 24 mortgages for buildings. The market also witnessed the recording of 40 donations worth 316 Million Dirhams.
