On Monday, total transactions in the Dubai real estate market recorded 3.42 Billion Dirhams, resulting from 1,030 procedures, according to data from the Land Department in the emirate.
Sales achieved 2.13 Billion Dirhams through 787 deals, with the “Airport City” region topping the list of regions in terms of sales volume with a value of 218 Million Dirhams through 41 deals, then “Zabeel First” came second with about 148.7 Million Dirhams resulting from 40 deals, followed by a third “ Jumeirah Village Circle” with 148 Million Dirhams through 99 deals.
Sales of residential units (apartments, villas/buildings) touched the barrier of 1.44 Billion Dirhams, resulting from 704 deals. The “Burj Khalifa” area topped first place with the sale of a residential apartment worth 37.5 Million Dirhams, followed second by “Dubai Water Canal” with about 34 Million Dirhams resulting from Selling a residential apartment, and thirdly, “Dubai Water Canal” for selling a residential apartment for 16.1 Million Dirhams.
In terms of land, its value approached 684 Million Dirhams, achieved through 83 deals, the highest of which was recorded in the “Horizon” area at a value of 80 Million Dirhams, then another in “Horizon” at 52.2 Million Dirhams, and a third in “Al-Satwa” at about 37.5 Million Dirhams.
With regard to mortgages, it recorded 229.5 Million Dirhams resulting from 5 procedures, the highest of which was in the “Town Square” area with a value of 70.5 Million Dirhams resulting from 5 procedures, then “Jumeirah Village Circle” again with 22.5 Million Dirhams through 8 procedures, followed by a third. “Dubai Hills” for about 22.5 Million Dirhams from 8 mortgages.
Finally, donations reached 250.5 Million Dirhams, achieved through 51 measures, the highest of which was “Dubai Marina” with 161 Million Dirhams through 21 measures, then “Palm Jumeirah” second with 32 Million Dirhams resulting from one measure, followed by “Jumeirah Village Circle” third with 18. 5 Million Dirhams through 9 procedures.
