Real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department yesterday amounted to 3.46 Billion Dirhams, completed through 707 deals.
The department witnessed the recording of 572 sales worth 1.92 Billion Dirhams, including 60 sales of land, 470 sales of housing units, and 42 sales of buildings. The most important sales in Dubai were the sale of a plot of land in the Mankhool area for a value of 181 Million Dirhams. The market also witnessed the sale of a plot of land in the International City 2 and 3 area for a value of 98 Million Dirhams. The mortgages recorded a value of 482 Million Dirhams, carried out through 119 transactions, including 19 mortgages for land, 77 mortgages for residential units, and 23 mortgages for buildings, the most important of which was a mortgage deal for a residential plot of land in the Business Bay area worth 143 Million Dirhams. The market also witnessed the recording of 16 donations worth 1.05 Billion Dirhams, the most notable of which was for a commercial plot of land in the Palm Jumeirah area worth 1 Billion Dirhams.
