Yesterday, real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department recorded more than 3.55 billion dirhams, completed through 1,566 transactions.
The department witnessed the registration of 1,293 sales of sale worth 2.77 billion dirhams, including 71 sales of land, 1,157 sales of residential units, and 65 sales of buildings. Dubai Hills topped sales in the regions in terms of value with 506 million dirhams through 212 deals, and Dubai Marina came in second place with a value of 271 million dirhams resulting from 36 deals, followed by Ras Al Khor First Industrial Zone with a value of 152 million dirhams through 70 deals.
Mortgages recorded a value of 649 million dirhams, carried out through 199 transactions, including 57 mortgages for land, 110 mortgages for residential units, and 32 mortgages for buildings. The market also witnessed the registration of 74 donations, with a total value of 133 million dirhams.
