The recovery of transactions in the real estate market in Dubai continues, and real estate transactions at the Land Department yesterday recorded more than 3.62 Billion Dirhams through 889 transactions. The department witnessed the registration of 731 sales sales worth 2.99 Billion Dirhams, including 46 sales of land, 639 sales of housing units, and 46 sales of buildings.
The Mushrif area topped sales in the emirate in terms of value with 800 Million Dirhams through one deal, which was for a plot of land with an area of 5.2 million square feet. The Business Bay area came second with a value of 689 Million Dirhams resulting from 86 deals, one of which was for a plot of land worth 500 Million Dirhams, and third was the Burj area. Khalifa for 126 Million Dirhams through 22 deals.
Mortgages recorded a value of 567.8 Million Dirhams, carried out through 139 transactions, including 28 mortgages for land, 87 mortgages for residential units, and 24 mortgages for buildings. The market also witnessed the recording of 19 gifts worth 69.6 Million Dirhams.
