Real estate transactions in Dubai yesterday recorded AED 3.64 billion through 805 deals. 554 sales were recorded at a value of AED 1.96 billion, including 118 land sales, 398 residential unit sales and 38 building sales.
Nad Al Sheba 1 topped the sales areas in terms of value with AED 152 million through 11 deals, followed by Motor City with AED 97 million through 3 deals, and thirdly, Me’aisem 2 with AED 91 million through 6 deals.
A commercial plot of land in Motor City was sold for AED 93 million, an apartment in Palm Jumeirah was sold for AED 45 million, and a villa in Nad Al Sheba 1 for AED 23 million. Mortgages recorded AED 1.61 billion through 216 transactions, including 59 land mortgages, 118 residential mortgages, 39 building mortgages, and 35 donations worth AED 73.7 million.
