Real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department yesterday recorded more than AED 3.82 billion through 1,241 deals. The department witnessed the registration of 1,024 sales worth AED 2.86 billion, including 79 land sales, 864 residential unit sales and 81 building sales.
Dubai Maritime City topped the sales areas in terms of value with AED 458 million through 9 deals, followed by the Rain City area with a value of AED 157 million resulting from 42 deals, third was the Dubai Creek Harbour area with AED 150 million through 61 deals, and fourth was the Dubai Marina area with 40 deals worth AED 143 million.
Dubai’s real estate market witnessed the sale of an industrial plot in Dubai Maritime City for AED 442 million, while an off-plan apartment in the Palm Jumeirah area within the “Ocean House” project was sold for AED 43 million. Mortgages recorded AED 616 million through 194 transactions, including 49 land mortgages, 118 residential mortgages, and 32 building mortgages. The market also witnessed the registration of 23 donations worth AED 347 million.
