The market witnessed a sale deal for a commercial plot of land in Jumeirah Lakes Towers for a value of 219 million dirhams, with an area of ​​1,650 square metres, and a commercial plot of land in the Barsha Heights area was sold for a value of 73 million dirhams.

Driven Real Estate Company executed a new record deal, as it sold the most expensive villa ever on Jumeirah Bay Island for a value of 175 million dirhams, within the “Sea Mirror” project on 15,000 square feet, and with a building area of ​​17,500 thousand square feet. A villa was also sold off-plan in Wadi Al Safa 3 area., worth 36 million dirhams.

Mortgages amounted to 379 million dirhams, completed through 154 transactions, including 42 mortgages for land, 236 mortgages for residential units, and 24 mortgages for buildings. The market witnessed the recording of 45 donations worth 513 million dirhams.
