The total value of Dubai real estate transactions on Tuesday reached AED 3 billion, resulting from 818 transactions, according to data from the Department of Lands and Properties website. Sales amounted to AED 1.87 billion, through 601 transactions, which included 484 residential units, 62 buildings/villas, and 55 plots of land.
As for mortgages, they reached AED 993 million, through 168 transactions, which included 252 residential apartments, 23 buildings/villas, and 46 plots of land. Grants achieved AED 176 million, resulting from 49 procedures, which included 38 residential apartments, one building, and 10 plots of land.
