Yesterday, on Friday, the real estate market in Dubai recorded 3 land sales deals worth 465 million dirhams.
According to Dubai Land Department data, the highest deal was worth 240 million dirhams for a land allocated for a villa in the Jumeirah Bay area, with an area of about 17,000 square feet, equivalent to 13,900 dirhams per square foot.
Another plot of land was sold in the Sama Al Jaddaf area for a value of 120 million dirhams, with an area of about 25,000 square feet. The third deal was in the Dubai Science Park area for land worth 105 million dirhams, with an area of about 63,000 square feet. Real estate traffic continued in Dubai yesterday, as sales since the beginning of the day reached 2.33 billion dirhams, resulting from 569 deals.
