The Dari digital platform for real estate services, affiliated with the Department of Municipalities and Transport in Abu Dhabi, revealed the provision of 3,376 new housing units within 9 housing projects launched in Khalifa City in Abu Dhabi.
The number of projects launched by Dari and launched by the department, in cooperation with the advanced real estate services company ADRES, has reached 269 projects so far, including residential buildings, lands, villas, and multi-use projects.
The “Al Waha Residential Project” provides 579 housing units, while “Royal Park” contributes to providing 844 units, and “The Gate Residential” includes 463 units. According to the platform, “Plaza” contributes to providing 348 units, and 312 units for the “Reportage Village” project.
The Department of Municipalities and Transport explained that the “Dari” system aims to integrate real estate services in Abu Dhabi into a unified platform to provide integrated, comprehensive, and advanced real estate services, and allows users the opportunity to obtain a flexible and smooth experience to manage their various transactions in a way that enhances the attractiveness of real estate investment in Abu Dhabi
