Total transactions in Dubai’s real estate market reached AED 13.54 billion during the week, resulting from 4,595 transactions, according to data from the website of the emirate’s Land and Property Department.
Sales achieved AED 9.61 billion, through 3,398 transactions, including 2,817 residential units, 321 buildings, and 260 plots of land. Mortgages recorded about AED 3 billion, resulting from 959 transactions, including 901 residential units, 114 buildings, and 188 plots of land. Donations reached AED 928 million, achieved through 238 transactions, including 191 residential units, 6 buildings, and 41 plots of land.
Daily transactions on Friday recorded more than AED 2 billion, through 716 procedures. Sales amounted to AED 1.47 billion, resulting from 562 transactions, followed by mortgages at AED 467 million, through 134 procedures, and finally donations at AED 100 million, through 23 transactions.
