3,800 Real Estate Deals Worth 10 Billion Dirhams in Dubai in 5 Days

Total transactions in Dubai’s real estate market during the week exceeded AED 13.1 billion, resulting from 4,624 procedures, according to data from the Dubai REST application of the emirate’s Land and Property Department.

Sales achieved around AED 9.8 billion in 5 days, through 3,800 transactions, with “Al Yufrah 1” area topping the list of areas in terms of sales volume, with a value of AED 1.24 billion, through 395 transactions, followed by “Jumeirah Village Circle” in second place with around AED 640 million, resulting from 371 transactions, followed by “Bu Kadra” in third place with AED 509 million, through 252 sales.

As for mortgages, they recorded AED 2.72 billion, resulting from 729 procedures, the highest of which was in the “Jebel Ali Industrial Area 1” with a value of AED 305 million resulting from one procedure, followed by “Al Yalayis” with AED 242 million through 5 procedures, followed by “Town Square” with AED 219 million through 15 mortgages.

Finally, donations touched AED 576 million, achieved through 95 transactions, the highest of which was in “Mohammed Bin Rashid City District 1” with AED 124 million resulting from two transactions, followed by “Jaddaf Waterfront” with AED 85 million, achieved through one transaction, and “Discovered Gardens” with AED 39 million through two transactions.

Daily transactions on Friday achieved AED 2.88 billion through 769 procedures. Sales recorded AED 1.83 billion resulting from 618 transactions, then mortgages at around AED 1.03 billion through 144 procedures, and finally donations worth AED 19 million through 7 transactions.
