Real estate transactions in Dubai on Tuesday recorded more than AED 4.2 billion, resulting from 772 transactions, according to data from Dubai Rest.
The total value of sales amounted to AED 1.83 billion, resulting from 590 transactions. Wadi Al Safa 7 came in first place with AED 118 million through 11 transactions, followed by Wadi Al Safa 3 second with AED 113 million resulting from two transactions, then Airport City third with AED 78 million through 7 transactions.
Mortgages achieved AED 1.1 billion through 157 transactions, the highest of which was in Dubai Investment Park 1 with AED 308 million achieved through 4 procedures, then Hor Al Anz East second with AED 112 million through one procedure, followed by Mankhool third with AED 110 million resulting from one procedure.
As for donations, which reached about AED 1.28 billion through 25 transactions. The highest was in Dubai Hills with a value of 785 million dirhams resulting from a single transaction, followed by Al Muraqqabat with a value of 404 million dirhams through 3 transactions, followed in third place by Burj Khalifa with a value of 24 million dirhams resulting from a single transaction.
