Real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department yesterday amounted to 4.43 Billion Dirhams, completed through 1,466 transactions.
The department witnessed the registration of 985 sales worth 2.6 Billion Dirhams, including 115 sales of land, 807 sales of residential units, and 63 sales of buildings. The Palm Deira area topped sales in terms of value with 423 Million Dirhams through 47 deals, and the Business Bay area came second with a value of 240 Million Dirhams resulting from 86 deals, and third was the Dubai Maritime City area with 177 Million Dirhams through 74 deals.
Mortgages recorded a value of 1.73 Billion Dirhams, carried out through 447 transactions, including 32 mortgages for land, 380 mortgages for residential units, and 35 mortgages for buildings. The market also witnessed the recording of 34 donations worth 108 Million Dirhams.
