4.56 Billion Dirhams is the Volume of Real Estate Transactions in Ajman During the Second Quarter

Real estate transactions in the Emirate of Ajman during the second quarter of this year achieved a growth of more than 8% compared to the first quarter.

Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, said that the number of real estate transactions reached 3,232 with a total value exceeding 4.56 billion dirhams, while the trading volume reached 3.1 billion dirhams out of a total of 2,604 trading operations.

Al Muhairi explained that the recorded figures reflect the quality of the real estate sector in Ajman and its rapid growth in light of the diversity of investment opportunities across the emirate’s various regions, noting that the “Al Jurf Industrial 2” area witnessed the highest sale valued at 157 million dirhams.

He pointed out that the first quarter also witnessed the registration of 458 mortgage transactions, with a total value exceeding 867 million dirhams, an increase estimated at 14% compared to the results of the first quarter.

Regarding the highest mortgage value, Al Muhairi stated that the Al Amerah area witnessed the highest transaction at 155 million dirhams, while the Al Zorah area recorded the highest value of real estate development project sales at 6.92 million dirhams.
