Real estate transactions in Dubai, the last week of 2024, touched about 22 billion dirhams, resulting from 4,812 deals, according to the Dubai Land Department, where mortgages amounted to 11 billion dirhams, sales 9.2 billion dirhams, resulting from 3345 transactions, and donations 1.7 billion dirhams.
This is another week of record actions at the end of a historic year, for Dubai Properties with sales exceeding half a trillion dirhams for the first time.
The previous week, actions amounted to 22.8 billion dirhams, which means that the actions reached 45 billion dirhams in two weeks, through 10,000 deals, including 7670 sold for more than 22 billion dirhams, mortgages exceeding 20 billion dirhams, and donations of 2.53 billion dirhams.
