Al-Rasikhun Real Estate Company revealed the great turnout and success in launching the “Basateen Al-Surra” project, as the largest residential project in the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain, in the presence of 882 visitors.
484 plots of land were sold in the first launch of the project on Sunday morning, out of 1,850 residential plots of land available for freehold ownership for all nationalities, with the sale to be completed throughout the coming period.
It is noteworthy that the project is located directly next to Umm Al Quwain University on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, and includes different types of residential lands: regular lands with an area starting from 3,014 square feet, and townhouse lands with an area starting from 1,722 square feet.
