Engineer Omar Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, revealed that the month of April witnessed 127 real estate valuation transactions with a total value exceeding 486 million dirhams.
He said that real estate evaluation transactions for real estate development project units achieved a growth of 35 percent and reached a total value of 28 million dirhams, noting that the evaluation included commercial, residential and industrial properties in addition to agricultural properties.
Al Muhairi confirmed that residential real estate witnessed a remarkable growth in April of 34.72 percent after receiving the largest portion of the total evaluation value at 294.8 million dirhams, ahead of commercial real estate, whose total value reached 147.12 million dirhams, and industrial real estate came third with 44.23 million dirhams.
