Real estate transactions in Dubai’s market recorded AED 22.6 billion in one week, resulting from 6,100 transactions, according to data from Dubai REST, the Dubai Land Department’s online application.
The total value of sales reached AED 17.4 billion, resulting from 4,883 transactions. The highest value was in Ras Al Khor, with AED 2.9 billion generated through 41 transactions. Business Bay came in second with approximately AED 1.5 billion generated through 381 transactions. Wadi Al Safa 3 came in third with AED 1.1 billion generated through 161 transactions. Jumeirah 2 came in fourth place with sales reaching AED 170 million generated through 28 transactions. Dubai Investment Park 2 came in fifth with AED 672 million generated through 259 transactions.
Mortgages generated AED 4.2 billion through 1,062 transactions. Burj Khalifa came in first with AED 576 million through 30 transactions. Mirdif came in second with AED 287 million, generated through a single transaction. Satwa came in third with approximately AED 200 million through a single transaction. Dubai Hills came in fourth with mortgages worth AED 161 million, generated through 30 transactions. Al Nahda II came in fifth with AED 128 million, generated through two transactions. As for donations, they reached AED 1 billion through 155 transactions. Jumeirah Village Circle came in first place with AED 229 million through eight transactions, followed by Jumeirah II in second place with AED 123.2 million through five transactions. Palm Jumeirah came in third with AED 123 million resulting from seven transactions. Business Bay came in fourth with AED 76 million through 10 transactions, and Al Merkadh came in fifth with AED 58 million through one transaction.
On a daily basis, Friday, real estate transactions generated approximately AED 2.7 billion through 718 transactions, including sales worth AED 2.2 billion through 555 transactions, approximately AED 388 million in mortgages through 155 procedures, and finally, donations worth AED 98 million resulting from eight transactions.
